I'm Marvin Barretto, a frontend developer with over 15 years of experience building interfaces for agencies and enterprise clients.

In 2009, I set up Fourfold Media as a vehicle for freelance contracts. Over the years I've worked with companies like BuzzFeed, Transport for London, Springer Nature, Chelsea FC, Lonely Planet, Selfridges, Legal & General, and Metro Bank — building everything from design systems and component libraries to data-heavy dashboards and ecommerce platforms.

Now I'm channelling that experience into building my own apps — starting with LocalShout, a hyperlocal community platform.
